If you can't afford a small increase (decrease few days ago) in petrol prices at the pump then their financial situation is not positive regardless if petrol drops to 50 cents . Australian prices has been the same for about 3 to 5 years. Aud dropping as well. And downstream refiners getting the profit. Caltex or Vitol.
