Can't you do that online at Santos's share directory or registrar?
DYOR but I always do it online, you just need to set up a username and password at the share registry then enter your bank details, then your TFN, then communications preferences, etc.
Looks like its computershare investor services but you should be able to go to the Santos Ltd website and click on 'Investors' and follow the links.
But don't end up at a Santos Basin, or Santos Football club, Brazilian website by mistake!
