I don't want to enter into a debate about this but I do recall an announcement and Mr Lincoln Augustus' post late last year stating that SGL has 25,000PJ of gas in place, which is not taken into account in your figures.
Also AGL had their own people on SGL's board so they were privy to information beyond what was in the public domain.

Nevertheless, SGL aside, whilst our share price is enormously undervalued, we are at risk of a takeover that may not allow us to realize the full value of our investments.

True enough,it is the managements job!! but maybe we can stir the pot a little?
