When they bought into ESG there was a takeover clause that would mean that STO would have to pay HGO whatever amount over $1 per share if STO took over ESG. I.e a 2 dollar a share takeover would see STO having to pay HGO $1 a share. The clause expires this weekend. It has essentially been a blocker on any STO move on ESG.
