I've looked at STO from many angles and convinced it has bottomed and we are looking at a rally.
There are a number of announcement that are coming as per the corporate calendar and from a technical perspective has based used 40 week moving averages back by an oversold RSI recently, huge volume and RSI now rising.
STO has always followed and caught up to the US Energy index (comparison chart) and at this point there is a variance where STO and the Energy index which is on the upswing and confirmed by 40 week MA.
New boss making some good moves in reducing debt too.
With a 5% yield to go this is looking like one of those windows of opportunities in a beaten down sector that only presents itself every so often. Big upside IMO.
STO has bottomed. Huge upside.
