Without doubt, I can tell you there is no shortfall in gas forecast. Exploration is wound back at present because of the energy price, but there are a ton of tenements out there with "drill when price reaches $xx" written all over them.
Also, STO are not buying all their gas.
So I agree with your post
Hard times until 2017, then a rise back to mid $70's for oil
STO is oversold today, imo, page-163
