imo the WPL raising was leaked by the intos or whoever who then started bailing out of and shorting WPL and STO. This was in sync with oil dropping to the lows of it's trading range.
The fin review today said that the WPL issue is well supported so those expecting a cheap bookbuid price may be disappointed, especially as it's not until Feb.
imo this selloff has provided good entries for us :)
