I am thinking of investing about $100k in an oil stock for the long term (say 5 years or more) while the oil price is now low. Looking at the financials and earnings forecasts of the 3 companies does not help me decide which one. I have never invested in oil stocks before and quite ignorant of the industry.
Wondering if any learned members here can shed some light or some direction as to where to look?
