Yep, it gets better every day with experts.
First we have a situation that for some strange reason producers keep on producing just to store oil, so they can sell at a higher price in the future. When their very actions ensure that future prices will fall.
Now we have the same producers emptying their storage tanks in the ground so they can refill them again.
Brilliant.
I wonder if the poster kept a straight face when he wrote that.
