STO ones are listed and are existing . They are not new. That is what people have been saying here about teh certainity required for projects so a transittion can happen as there is no currenly avaliable energy replacements at scale. . They are part of the transittion for Australia and Asia .

So us poor investors in oil coal and gas who haven't made profits as we have been reinvesting for decades growing energy supply and investing in technology and doing i at scale so you can boil your kettle at a small cost should allow the government to say where any profits should be spent??? you can't be serious.

Investment and profits should go to best possible use as governments have been terrible in history at picking favourites in terms of technology change
