Few years ago when oil was trading around $100 USD, STO was sitting around $14 mark. And this was before the merger with Oilsearch
If no takeover comes along and oil gets to the $100 mark, then there is no reason why STO cannot retest the $14 again.
As long as Russia and Saudi Arabia maintain oil production lower, then oil will keep going up and eventually trade over $100 again
