I keep hearing oil prices to hit $100 US a barrel in the 4th Quarter of 2023, BUT the same rumours occurred this time last year calling a $100 a barrel by christmas!
I am not convinced it will because I know the Biden administration will try to curtail it so what I am asking, is this an annual July-August phenomena
