Given that STO has a partial takeover premium priced in, wouldn't it be better to sell?
WDS needs the deal to be accretive to them too, or they walk. It's cliche but it has to be win-win.
Tactically, this negotiation process is going to take many, many months with WDS seemingly distancing to get a good price. That is going to wobble the share price.
