Looking at wds and sto dancing together their share prices seem to be on rhythm
at $7.55 and a premium of 35% would be $10.20 a share or 3 sto for 1 wds share takeover offer
wds currently at $30.50 so it’s quite reasonable considering this dance is in unison
would prefer over $11 a share but then again wds and sto would be in the top five of Aussie companies in Australia which should bode well in the markets
