Guess everyone thinks that politics will stay same and not attributing value to Narrabri regardless of what winners in NSW say - they said it clearly from a news short as well. Have to jump teh next hurldes including the ecconomics and if you can get some sort of guarantee from ovt if you spend a billion that retrospectively they aren't going to change rules or cap you in any way? Just can't do 20 plus year cap expenditure unless you have guarantee that you can fulfill your contracts and not be retrospectiveky impinged and have to fight Governments in court. Of course it is a doublel whammy as both stae and Federal are involved in regards to resource, levies, taxation , export lic, export facilities , leases and whatever green taxes we agree to at international levels and if they overide existing rules in place at time of company locking in project. Just can't ahve governments controlling margins but having shareholders take all the risk

Don't want to be like live sheep exporters doing something legal, govt changes attitude and then spend a 5-10 years in arbitration/ court.
