    You're not wrong, nothing is simple in PNG but getting them used to one deal and signing off just to be hit with another deal will cause an uproar. Jest concreting the well heads was a nightmare, throw a spammer in the works and they'll likely nationalise STO's end and pay pennys on the dollar.
