I posted this question a few days ago, but it was misinterpreted. Can anyone tell me how the overbought and oversold limits are obtained, for example, over 80% overbought, and below 20% oversold. This is just an example. How do you obtain these limits, are they calculated, or a personal estimation? (This is in reference to stochastic oscillators)
