what is happening Dazzler asks what are we missing?

Well you could consider a few possibilities:

1. IS THAT ALL THERE IS? - What else can the company tell us that we don't already know, which could make the share price rise?

2. TOO MANY SHARES? - 1,374,363,874 shares on issue seems far too many for such a small company.

3. FEAR OF CONSOLIDATION? - A share consolidation or company rearrangement is probably inevitable and shareholders often lose out in such arrangements

4. PROFIT TAKING? - The rights issue was probably far too generous, with the result it seems that many still have shares to unload to take their profits

Heading down again for the time being? Probably.
