I would imagine they will get some sort of update out next week, either with the quarterlies or separately.

I never understood why they were pushing the GWE story so hard. It looked a decent prospect, but ultimately it is exploration and you have to drill it. Anyone holding an exploration stock should know that.

The “good news” is that someone came in today and bought 40m shares, it didn’t go into free-fall despite the sudden large sell order. Secondly, as you say, if GWE doesn’t come in, it is already in the price. Unusually, these big guys have joined the board, own over a quarter of the company, and have an average entry cost of around 5c, which is not that far below where we are now. They also have a lot of their mates holding the stock. Will be interesting to see if they exercise their stock options at 8c to get some extra cash into the company, which would give it a big vote of confidence at these levels.

There is a long pipeline of projects, and ambitions to build a mine services company. But if GWE doesn’t work out, they should probably line up another deal to get the show back on the road. I think these guys want to build something substantial. It is not a one shot exploration co.
