One of the most important things in determining overall returns to SH is the number of shares on issue in the arly term. Thast becasue at the later part bank finance (borrowings) are usually avaiable providing leverage on equity to that point. BGD so far has done a magnificant job of husbanding equity raised so far. It's the opposite of what I usually see (viz. being being bled by dilution with low SP raisings).
