I wonder why the company wouldn't announce a stock buy back program at these levels.
1) it would be a great investment at these prices and will appreciate rapidly once the results start pouring in.
2)just the fact that they announce it would boost the stock price, even if they don't execute it.
3) it would eliminate a lot of the shorters and manipulators from playing with the share price.
4) it would show a vote of confidence in what they know they have.
