I'm a long term holder and I'm starting to get a little miffed with management as well. I'm not really concerned with the share price as I feel it's only a matter of time(sigh... might be another 3-5 years!) before the market appreciates Codan's value but I feel management could be doing a better job in keeping the market informed about what they are actually up to. No news is bad news on the stock market.
Also, if the price hits the low 60's again they'd be mad not to even consider a buy back of some kind.
If I was a large holder with any power or sway over management I'd be putting the heat on them for sure.
