In the current economic environment I'd sooner companies I invest in reduce their debt, not increase it.
I'd much sooner see increased R&D than 5% dividend. This is a technology company, not a Bank, and increased returns come from product the market wants.
If management can't find opportunities then the company is in decline. I don't think that's the case at all.
Totally agree that keeping investors more informed would be a good thing. Doesn't cost much and increases support of investors, leading to better access to capital when it's required.
