    0021 GMT [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: Goldman Sachs JBWere raises Boart Longyear (BLY.AU) to Buy from Hold and target to 40 cents from 35 cents with stock trading at 6.7X FY10 EV/EBITDA, compared with global peers at average 9.7X; potential increasing rig use and upgrade to FY10 profit guidance; and lower debt. GSJBW says BLY is its preferred exposure to the drilling services industry. BLY latest up a cent to 28 cents. (ABH)
