Fundamentals....thats all that counts, broker recommendations are phooie IMO, they will always serve themselves and yes I think you are correct. The broker looking to exit a position is always going to ramp that stock....for the nay sayers, would you have me believe that a broker looking to exit a position on a particular stock is going to give a fair downward rating if it is deserved, before exiting?
