Under the Restructure, Suncorp-Metway shareholders will receive the same number of
Company shares in exchange for their current Suncorp-Metway shares.
Suncorp-Metway will adopt the ASX code, SBK. Suncorp-Metways other existing quoted
securities, the Reset Preference Shares (RPS) (ASX code: SUNPA), Cumulative
Preference Shares (CPS) (ASX code: SUNPB) and Floating Rate Capital Notes (FRCN)
(ASX code: SUNHB) will continue to be quoted by Suncorp-Metway on ASX. The new ASX
codes for these securities will be SBKPA for the RPS, SBKPB for the CPS and SBKHB for
the FRCN.
