Yep, all stocks purged at suspension or around other events, like ex-entitlement. Companies can only stay in a trading halt for 3 days and then have to go into suspension if they need more time. As to stocks being purged, it can give a new opportunity to have a buy or sell order in a better/"earlier" position than prior.
