I am in a very similar position to you having 605,000 shares and being down big time (6 figures but a bit less than you).
Its only on paper unless you sell, if you believe that the price will recover then weather the storm and tough it out.
If you are confident that it will go lower sell and either buy back or accept the loss.
Personally I can not follow stock daily and CPL is way way oversold and will (I believe) come back with rapid gains (and some part re-trancement) - I have been in too long to risk being out of the stock come goods news.
