All though i can not verify as factually correct- I have heard now from a number of people and brokers close to the company that a rights issue is on the cards and this is the definitive reason for the smash down in price...

Obviously i can not confirm as fact, however it is merely a reflection of what i am hearing..

Yes this is oversold, very hard to see the upside right now.
