JX, OK. But you have to admit that for a holder you have piled on the negative for a long time.

You and I are pretty sure what will happen here. They will let the stock price slide and slide and then after 6 - 8 months when coal looks healthier they will lodge a takeover at say 4 cents and that will be the end. The largest shareholder is in the box seat. They don't want their investment to go to zero but they do not want to pay above the odds. If they need cash why not hurry the process by doing a CR at 4 cents??!!!??? Ask yourself, what happens to a 7 cent stock when they do a CR at 4 cents? Look, all IMHO but I think I have seen the future on this and it is bleak.
