Clearly you are more concerned with focusing on the negative aspects of the co. But perhaps that just your nature.
I don't beleive the company has done nothing in the past 2 years. Significant planning, litigation and restructuring has occured during the past 12 months. I'm sure the skeleton crew left at CXY are doing all that they can to turn your frown into a smile.
