Not ramping, only commenting on what is fairly common knowledge in the traps.
It makes sense for HDR/WPL to play mum. If an offer is made for HDR/WPL, they will want to be able to release bundles of info to drive the SP higher and give management ammunition to reccomend the investors reject the offer.
HDR have a takeover team in place and are well advised onhow to protect themselfs.
