Yes, Steve actually mentioned that he needs a green light from the engineering team, and I also mentioned this.
It's just a potential at the moment, like their plan of using hybrid solar energy.
If they will find it both economically and technically feasible and reasonable, they will probably build it into the DFS. This is the current status, and no one stated more.
