I have no problem with them selling out of stock, lead time is up to 2 months on some products, so what do you expect.
It is the day and age we live in, if not here then they will go somewhere else and buy cheaper, LifX site is the most expensive place to buy.
How is the legal claim going? Feel free to give us an update, or say you were mad and acting out or it is full steam ahead.
