Without disclosing too much:
When asked why no news? Why don't you keep your patient SH up to date?
The response was:
We don't want to create 'fluff' announcements that may see quick boom in SP leading to shareholders potentially losing money on fast rises and fast drops. We also don't want our competitors knowing exactly what we are doing in the background with on going development.
Now as a double edge sword here, sure I get the above personally. But. Hearing nothing for a very large window of time probably isn't the best take on this statement. Which I agree with the posters above.
