Pout, this is classic shorting strategies, pump in the morning then start shorting, buy in the afternoon before market closed when prices are low to close their positions. The recent Lynas' share price performance tells us that there is just not enough buying support from the market. Shorters know that that's why they pick Lynas as their target.
I guess we just need to be patient and wait for the really good news from US DoD and/or the Malaysian government. Until then, I expect the shorting persists.
