The CEO/MD and Board would be interested in these views. I can't see 2 new board members with impeccable business experience as poor communicators and not having strong leadership. Look at their cv's. Nor the new CEO who is well connected and respected globally in a "dog-eat-dog" sector. May be you should sell up ?
