goes to show the stock market is totally unpredictable.
remember how Blackrivered says "buy the rumour, sell the fact" when he tried to explain how a sell-off occurred after the 1st kiln feed was announced - his explanation being the 1st kiln feed was already expected and the smart money had already priced that in prior to the news (fact) being released.
well today, we all expected what the court will say, but it required the fact to be announced for the price to go up.
