Answer: whoever I could get a slice of the action with via jv or other direct interest mechanism. So I could have some influence on contract prices or secondary return.
Also, Magnetite is still sought ofter for its low sulphur and value as a feed stock because it lowers energy consumption and down-time to de-scale ...it is a better ore if you can get it.
