Where's the problem with a litigation ?

We're not talking about a litigation regarding the fundamental question if we really possess our assets, the issue some other Li-hopefulls are struggling about.

From what we know until today, it could be a litigation about unjustified enrichment of old BoD.

In worst case we have to pay some lawyer costs and lose management capacity without a return.
In best case old BoD have to pay back a decent amount.
No reason to wet oneself.
