I really believe that good fundamental research is essential prior to any investment but I have also learnt that TA is usually a very good indicator on when to buy and sell especially when combined with changing fundamentals........... helps me not to become a forced long term holder because I am in a deep hole and forced to rely on hopes of a turn around to get me out of a hole even when the macro environment points to a continued deterioration in fundamentals.
Like I say I really like this company and intend on taking a stake in it but given the macro environment and forecast earnings I believe there will be an opportunity to enter at a much more realistic level over the next 3-12 months.
Like I have said in a previous post my current research value's the company at $1.60 p/s based on current nickle price and 70 AUD......I will adjust this valuation up or down if the fundamentals change but given the current macro environment, nickel in a solid down trend and stock piles in a solid up trend, chances are the fundamentals should weaken along with any SP valuation.

Rightly or wrongly, xmanrocks has made a considered call on a free-falling stock.

Anyone else keen to forecast a bottom based on their own analysis?
