    This stock is very closely held with directors and friends holding well over 50 percent .In August just under 3 million shares were traded with the stock price rising substantially.It looks like somebody is trying to get a substantial stake in the company.Is it insto buying or some company with Gulf of Mexico acreage who knows that area is extremely hot ?
