    Hi Beer Baron,

    I thought the same thing as soon as we heard it was a Perth based broker. My guess is that he always intended to get past Friday 26 June 2009 before he started selling. This is because of the taxation bill he would have on profits. If he sold on or after 26 June all settlements would be in the new tax year. If he gets an accountant to do his tax he doesn't have to pay the tax on these profits (sales) until 30 April 2011.

    Just my thoughts but maybe Buchanan always intended to lock in his profits as soon as the new financial year started. The only downside to this theory is that if he holds on longer he will make more money.

    This resource at 300mlb will be a lot higher value than $6 AUD per share.

    Just some musings on a Saturday night. My thoughts are that the share price will continue to rise over the next few weeks in speculation of the Zone 2 release. Still a lot of money to be made.
