Beer Baron. Your guess is probably correct as BB as been selling down for a while as shown in the recent Top 20s. I'm no tax expert but I believe that a tax liability for employee options comes into effect when the employee ceases employment or the options are exercised, and the tax is based on the market value of the shares. BB was disposed from the board in December and he exercised his options in April. I suspect he has a big tax bill to pay.
