Stock market analysts

I am having trouble coming up with any anylists at all who reguarly and accurately call stocks up or down to the levels and timeframes they forcast, do they exist and if they don't why have them at all.

ERG is the classic of all time as one to have at 3 bucks or better about 18 months to two years ago, called by all the experts as a certainty, I nearly bought a swag at those levels on those predictions, thank god I didn't, a lot did.

If these forcasters are to gain some credability isn't it time they were made accountable as brokers are now because lets face it thats where the brokers get there info.
