    The stock movement and higher than trading volume suggest that a deal may be nearing completion. It appears that those with insider knowledge are offloading shares now as who has that much volume to sell down here. They are likely anticipating they can repurchase at a lower price during the capital raise that is expected to accompany any forthcoming deal.

    I might take a punt here. (All inference, risky)
