Below is a reply from peter this morning. I asked why directors were not buying at this price. The answer received seems fair enough.

As we are negotiating the refinance of the Beatrice Biodiesel Project in the US amongst other activities in the company the Directors are restricted from acquiring shares at this time. I personally would love to buy shares at the moment but our independent legal advise is that the staff and directors are restricted at this time.
