Your figures are interesting,but I cannot work them out, EPS for 08 ended up at 2.50cps, although they brought in tax losses hence enabling the dividend, but a statement that had me wondering was the chairmans comment that next years dividend may not be 100% franked, I think CLV may surprise some with another record year, it will do so as the Mead Johnson contract earnings become evident, also I think their earnings will be greatly benefited by the flight to quality ingredients and more so with the appointments of these new senior sales staff appointments, this is a defensive stock with no debt, cash in hand, and now paying dividends after a few years of reorganising, but is finally going into a 5 year solid earnings period, but sold down lately by pure panic, which is understandable.
This debt free, cash rich, dividend paying, smallish company now re-emerging as a quite different entity and will surprise many.
