    Kincella thanks for sharing your thoughts and your past experience. So, correct me if I wrong, from your argument you should always go after undervalued assets.
    Therefore:

    - Buy stocks now as they are undervalued
    - Don't even get close to the housing market as its overinflated

    FYI, 200,000$ gets you at most a spot on the curb in Melbourne's or Sydney's CBD with shared use of a guitar for your future in busking.
