Goald Coast apartment market and fringe burbs property where plenty of land is available is not blue chip property investment in my books. There are markets....and there are segments within markets.
This is what the bears are not grasping, solid investment grade properties in metro areas within capital cities will do well.....considering the growth in the last 10 years, 2, 5 or even 10% decline is nothing to worry about.
For as long as rental demand stays strong, yields will be strong.
The bonus....Rental income goes up in line with inflation.... we would need a catastrophy to see 50% falls. I just don't see it at this point in time.
